What is a Holistic Approach?

A Holistic Approach is using a whole body approach to health. Instead of focusing on symptoms, we focus on addressing a root-cause. It’s understanding that each system in our body is so intricately connected. If there is a dysfunction in one system, it can wreck havoc on others. It’s understanding that our nutritional and lifestyle habits set the stage for our overall wellbeing. Understanding that a one-size fits all, or a band-aid approach is never the answer.
